A customer transferred from Los Angeles to Puebla, Mexico.
He wanted to take his company car along. After contacting the Mexican Consulate, a Mexican and a US broker, along with various transportation companies – who all said, “impossible” – he called Mexpress. We helped him get his car to Puebla and avoided shipping it in a trailer or container.
Here’s how:
     Our client had to personally go to the Federal check point, located 21 kilometers from any border crossing. He was given a Fianza permit which is good for 6 months. To renew the Fianza permit he must take the car back to the closest Federal check point; and the owner must accompany the car at all times.
     For our client’s safety we hired 2 drivers to accompany him
to Puebla, Mexico, and flew them home upon arrival.
