A manufacturing firm in the Southwest was opening
a new plant in the interior of Mexico and had hired a
Mexican company to get their business and maquiladora permits.
After six months of delays they called Mexpress. We looked over
all the paperwork and found an incorrect address on the forms.
We corrected the problem and permits were issued within 30 days.      Three weeks later the same company called with another
problem. They needed to purchase a new forklift in Mexico since
their attempts to send a forklift from their U.S. plant had failed.
They were informed (incorrectly) that it was illegal to import
used forklifts into Mexico. Mexpress was able to clarify the law
and had their forklift in Mexico the following week.
